This is the part 4 of our Mountain province to Ilocos Sur revisited joyride series. We are now passing the Bessang Pass from Aluling Bridge in Cervantes towards Tagudin in Ilocos Sur. I did a joyride once passing this route but it was misty and full of fog, this is the exact opposite as the sun was shinning brightly. One of my personal favorite routes in the country.
