Russian Numbers in the Accusative Case

Описание к видео Russian Numbers in the Accusative Case

Learn why feeding 46 people is simpler than feeding two cats (in Russian, at least!). In this video we'll cover how to use numbers with direct objects, so you can say that you bought two books, fed three cats, invited twenty-five participants, and so on.

It's an intermediate level lesson, and assumes you're familiar with the basics of nouns after numbers, nouns in the accusative plural, and the genitive case forms of numbers themselves. If you'd like to review, I recommend these videos:

On nouns after два/две, три, четыре:
   • Nouns after два/две, три, четыре
On nouns after пять – двадцать:
   • Nouns after пять – двадцать...
On the genitive forms of numbers:
   • Genitive of Numbers
