Savage MK II BV 22LR gets a New Scope

Описание к видео Savage MK II BV 22LR gets a New Scope

I took the Mark II out a while back and could not get it to hold a group. In fact it was shooting six inches to the right. I noticed that the scope was slightly canted with the horizontal cross hair clearly not level. I have no idea what happened. I literally picked it up and noticed the canted scope. Everything felt tight and nothing felt loose so I wanted to see how it shot. Needless to say it did not shoot well at all. Even after an adjustment it would not group. Because I didn't care for the scope that was on it I decided to change it out. I put the same Monstrum 4-12x44 scope that I put on my Ruger LTV. While not an expensive scope, I do like this particular scope for the 22LR target/varmint type of rifle. In this video I take you with me as I sight it in with a 50 yard zero. It shoots good, but I feel it will shoot better with some minor adjustments in ammo or with a slight trigger adjustment. The ammo used in this sight in was Norma TAC 22.
