The Anvil Foundry is a new all-in-one brewing system from Anvil. I picked up the Anvil Foundry and wanted to test it out so I took 11 LBS of 2-Row and 1 LB of Venia malt and added Citra and Amarillo hops in the boil. Once it was cold down I split it into 5 1 gallon batches and dry hopped with 5 different hops. This one is using Sorachi Ace hops
