Filmed 16th July 2022. OK here's my Black currant smoothie and the best thing about it is the homegrown Black currants.

1/2 Banana
Frozen Mango (about the same quantity as the banana)
1 - 1 1/2 cups of water
1 cup if Black currants

You can have just a Banana or the equivalent amount of Mango.

The above is a good base for lots of Smoothies, so instead of 1 cup of Black currant, just swap for Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries etc or 50 grams of baby Spinach for a loverly green smoothie.

I like to add just a little water and add more later so I dont add too much water at the start.
