October is here, and we’re kicking off one of the most exciting months yet at APEX PWR in Tigard, Oregon! Our Premium Small Group Strength Training Program is focused on helping you get stronger, move better, and build real confidence in the gym.

This month, our members are working toward a heavy 3-rep max in the four foundational lifts — squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press — while also performing athletic drills unique to our space. These movements improve balance, coordination, and power while our auxiliary lifts and refreshed cardio workouts build endurance and support total-body health.
