This is one of the best builds that I have found for Sissy in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Game. This build utilizes Hysterical Strength, Universal Donor, and Scout. The intention with this Sissy build is to balance damage, speed, and utility via blood harvesting. This build is universal and should allow you to slot in to any team and be a valuable Family member. Being an absolute nightmare for the victims is just an added benefit. :)
