This video is dedicated to Bill, everyone on the frontline and anyone that needs someone to lean on right now. About the film - 8 years ago I constructed an 81kg glass fronted camera dolly equalling my body in weight and recorded myself pushing it up a hill near where I grew up in South London. This was for my final project at Central Saint Martin's art school. Never thought I would be dusting off this video but it seemed to fit with the music.

The message in Bill’s lyrics got me thinking about people’s mental wellbeing, especially for those who are vulnerable and isolated. For this reason, I’ve set up a Just Giving page where you can donate to Mind Charity - an organisation dedicated to supporting people with mental health problems.
