How to bring health and sustainability together in food system research? | 6th June 2024

Описание к видео How to bring health and sustainability together in food system research? | 6th June 2024

This webinar explores the intersection between health and sustainability within current food systems research. Often, research efforts primarily focus on one aspect like sustainability, while the health aspect is overlooked. For instance, products marketed as environmentally friendly (e.g. meat substitutes) may not always align with health recommendations. Thus, it remains a challenge to effectively balance sustainability and health considerations in food system research.
