Make Sure to:
-----------------------------------
Finish the campaign.
Level up to level 17 (this when it starts to drop for me).
Reroll to Yaesha (RED THRONE) after each round in order to respawn the chests.
Choose Apocalypses difficulty for more drops.
Drops are random, but i had at least 2 hardened iron drops out of the 3 chests.
Have the Impress Seal Ring on to open the secret ground entrance.
Have the SCAVENGER'S BAUBLE amulet (incase you want to farm extra scraps).
Keep checking Cass's shop as it resets every 30m you spend out of Ward 13.
Rinse & Repeat.
