New Collings vs. Vintage Martin Guitar

I wanted to do a little comparison video between these two guitars. The Collings is a 2018 Collings 01T with a baked sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides. The Martin is a 1953 0-18 with a mystery spruce top and mahogany back and sides (1953 was a year Martin occasionally used some different spruce in the factory. This doesn't look like sitka to me, but I'm not an expert).

The Collings weighs in at 1585 grams, versus 1522 grams for the Martin. Hows that for nerdy?

Both guitars had (D'Addario EJ16 phosphor bronze light gauge) strings changed at the same time, about a week old, with similar play time on them. The guitar are recorded with a Deity S-Mic 2 shotgun mic into a Zoom F6 used as an interface into my computer. No processing was applied.
