Vintage Intermatic Timers Type D111 Repairs

In this video, I attempt to repair several Intermatic timers from the 1970's. First time repairing one of these, so truly learning, as I go, and now have a good repair method, as I get in more of these.
I discovered this type all suffer the same gear failure, and found replacements on ebay. Simply type in "Intermatic replacement gear," and they will show up on the list. From what I can tell, any device using this type of motor will likely have the same gear failure. After repairing the motors, I filed the contact points, and made sure that section worked as it should.
Next video will be repairing one of these timers, from start to putting back into service.
