Parking Sign Destroys Police Cruiser Prank

Good Samaritans help a ticket agent fix a parking sign that had fallen over. But as soon as they turn their backs on the supposedly upright sign, it falls over again - right onto the window of a police cruiser, breaking it and smashing the glass into pieces. The cops who arrive and see their destroyed car are less than impressed.
