Asian Mango Lettuce Salad

If you are borad of your same old regular salad, this one will get you back on track!

A really quick and easy assembly, with a really quick and easy dressing, and you've got yourself a wonderful treat!

I'm telling you, I couldn't get enough of it. It is so so good.

Hope you can get mangoes at whatever place you are in the world, and don't skip the avocado!

So what do we need to make this delicious salad?

✔2 handfuls arugula
✔2 handfuls chopped romain
Or swap for baby spinach all together
✔1 mango, peeled and diced
✔1/3 red onion, thinly sliced
✔1 avocado, diced
✔2 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
✔2 tbsp rosted pecans

For the dressing:

3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
