How to Make Ice Cream Without a Machine (DIY Ice Cream Maker) – Forget the Expensive Machine! Make delicious homemade ice cream without buying an expensive machine! 🍨
In this video, Refika shows you how to build your own DIY ice cream maker using simple kitchen tools and shares 4 easy, creamy recipes you can try at home. Perfect for summer, budget-friendly, and fun to make with kids!

🍨 Two-Ingredient, No-Churn Ice Cream in Minutes!

1.Make your own ice cream maker,

We’ll start by setting up our homemade ice cream maker.
Place a small riser, like a jar lid, inside a large bowl. Put the food processor bowl on top of the riser and fill the large bowl with water. To keep the food processor bowl from floating, place a weight inside it, and then freeze the whole thing. Be careful not to get any water inside the food processor bowl. Once the water is frozen solid, place your frozen cream, sugar, and other ingredients into the food processor bowl and blend to make your ice cream.
If you don’t have a food processor, you can do this with two bowls instead. You’ll need two bowls that can nest into each other. Line the larger one with a clean kitchen towel. Add about 2 litters of water. The towel will keep the inner bowl from sliding.

2.Start with frozen cream
Place your 35% fat cream in the freezer overnight. Work quickly so it doesn’t melt while blending.

3.Blend cream and sugar first
Add cream and sugar (or honey) to the processor. It will first break into small frozen chunks — keep blending until it turns into smooth, creamy ice cream

4.Add flavours last
Once you have a creamy base, add your chosen flavor ingredients and pulse just until combined.
You can use any of the recipes below with your preferred method.

Plain Ice Cream
1 pack cream, 200 ml, 35% fat, frozen overnight
3 tablespoons sugar or honey to taste
Vanilla extract, optional
•Blend frozen cream and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla if desired and blend briefly.

Fig & Walnut Ice Cream
1 pack cream, 200 ml, 35% fat, frozen overnight
2 tablespoons sugar or honey to taste
2 frozen green figs
1 handful walnuts
•Blend cream and sugar first, then add frozen figs and walnuts. Blend until smooth.

Biscuit Ice Cream
1 pack cream, 200 ml, 35% fat, frozen overnight
2 tablespoons sugar
2 large “Probis” biscuits, a banana and chocolate spread cookie. You can use any similar cookie you like for your ice cream.
•Blend cream and sugar, then add biscuits and pulse until evenly mixed.

Watermelon sorbet
2 slices of frozen watermelon
3 tablespoons sugar or honey to taste
1 handful of frozen raspberry
•Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
