In a shocking incident, a 10-month-old girl was thrown out of a cab and her mother molested inside the vehicle on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway in Maharashtra's Palghar district. Unfortunately, the toddler girl died after she was thrown away from the cab. The accused has been booked and arrested by the police. Police are still arresting other accused and the case has been transferred to the CBI.
The Police registered a case under Sections 304 and 354 of the IPC against Vijay Kushwaha and others for allegedly molesting a woman in a moving car on Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway. In the incident, the woman's 10-month-old child died, while the mother is undergoing treatment at a hospital, police said.
