Recently Jeremy has bought his experience and skills to working within the CQC (the health & social care regulator for England) as Director of Quality Improvement - helping them kick-start their internal Improvement programme.

In the interview we asked Jeremy about complexity in large systems from his experience with the CQC, a role that covers the traditionally somewhat separate health and social care sectors.
