We've crossed the finish line of 2023...

So yeah, uhhh ngl this idea just kinda came to my head a few weeks ago and I thought it'd be perfect for an end of the year celebration video (which believe me, this year ending is absolutely worth celebrating lmfao) and so I grinded to get it done hahaha

The Mario Kart series has been very important in my life as I imagine it is for a lot of people, but especially Mario Kart 8. It was probably my most played game on the Wii U, and the switch version was also the first game I got for my switch when I got the system for my birthday in 2017 and I once again played it a ton xD Then the Booster Pass happened and made what was already my favourite entry in the series even more enjoyable. The waves that came out this year helped take my mind off of things happening this year, and capping off the whole thing with Wii Rainbow Road and the gorgeous credits sequence was just incredible. Point I'm making is, I found it poetic to have a Rainbow Road themed video as the finale of this year :)

I know that this year could've been so much more productive had I not had to deal with ordeal after ordeal, but I like to think that in the second half of this I picked things up a bit, on average the amount of videos I made this year is on par with every other year, so I'm at least content with that. I'm not gonna pretend that 2024 is gonna be happy-go-lucky because I know it won't be unless I do something about it and that's proving to be more and more difficult each day, but regardless you guys' support has been paramount. Thank you all so much for everything throughout the years, and see you all in the new year ^^
