A really good long and low / stretching horse schooling session this week. One for horses of all abilities.
Encouraging horses to be more supple, relaxed, improving engagement, rhythm and freedom through the body.

It’s also a great work out for the rider, making you work more on your legs and seat, and less with your hands.
Makes for a great schooling session.
