What is this track designed to do?

This track contains isochronic tones and has amplitude entrainment effects embedded into the music. The tones cycle at random frequencies between 9-11Hz in the Alpha wave range. They will help to sync your brainwave activity to within this specific frequency range, which is often experienced when people are in a daydream mental state.

A soothing brown noise track has also been layered into the music with additional 3D sound effects. You will hear a fluttering type sound which vibrates in unison with the same frequency of the isochronic tones. The 3D effect moves the brown noise sound from left to right and around in a circular motion, which can feel very hypnotic and soothing.

Headphones?

How loud should the volume be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
