Dealing with Failure, Setbacks and Rejection.

Regardless of who you are and what you're trying to do there will come a time when we fail at something. Maybe, it's in the gym, in work, failing a test in school, with our business, in sports, the list goes on. Failure is a part of life and in this video I want to try and change your perspective on failure and why it's a good thing. Failure is a learning experience and opportunity to learn and grow. I've failed a lot (like a lot) throughout my life and in this video I share a story of my biggest setbacks and how I overcame them.
