Being a member at The Balboa Bay Club, I had a dream of living in Bayshores for many years. We accomplished that dream and moved our family into this gated beach community in 2020. Although we decided it wasn’t a fit for us, many people love living here and the proximity that it has to the BBC with an extra bonus of being gated. I would argue there is no better view than from the bench at the swim beach dock in all of Newport.

Bayshores has had many iconic past residents from John Wayne to Nicolas Cage; and if you don’t know the Nicolas Cage story, ask me next time you see me and I’ll tell you to you.

My kids have jumped off the channel marker many times outside of John Wayne’s old house and Bayshores is an iconic place to live with many memories in this beach community.
