How to Filter Emails in Outlook:
1. Open Outlook
2. Right-click on inbox and choose a new folder
3. Name your folder and hit enter to save it
4. Drag and drop messages into that folder or using outlook app on your cellphone set up a preference to swipe items into the folder

How to set up mail sorting in the Outlook mobile app:
1. Open Outlook App on your phone
2. Swipe out from the left
3. Choose settings cogwheel
4. Choose Swipe Options
5. Change defaults to Mark a Read and Move to Folder

Automatically create a rule so messages from that sender always get sorted into your folder:
1. Right-click on email from the sender whose emails you want to sort
2. Go down to Rules
3. Select the first option "always move messages..."
4. Expand inbox option to find the folder you've created
5. Select the folder you want and click okay
