How to repair minor damage on Mazda 6 Sport Soul Red - DIY Remove Scratch

Fixed the scratch using mazda touchup paint, sand paper, primer, clear coat, polish, rubbing pad and clean microfibre cloth. Output was satisfactory and definitely prevents any future rusting problems.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT AND RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE AND I OR THIS CHANNEL WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE BY FOLLOWING THE BELOW STEPS.TRY ON YOUR OWN INTEREST!Step 1 - Remove any trims for better access to the surface areaStep 2 - Clean the surface with soap water or car wash without waxStep 3 - If the scratches can not be felt by moving your finger then they are not deep enough to be painted, therefore we can use 2000grit wet sand paper to remove those scratches and then polish it using the cut polishStep 3.1 - cut the sand paper into small size whichever suits your fingers properly and start sanding it slowly with low and uniform pressure, if you go deeper then you might remove the clear coat completely off which is not good.step 3.2 - the scratch will disappear but the surface will look dull ( no worries ) no use the polish applicator pad and apply generous amount of scratch cut polish and slowly rub in circular motion to attack form all directions for better result. after few minutes you get the gloss back with the scratch disappeared in most of the casesStep 4 - Make sure the surface is completely dry and then use the primer touch up paint to paint on the bare metal surface to avoid rusting in the future. Alloy to dry for 20 -30 minutes depending upon the temperatureStep 5 - use the wet 2000 grit sand paper to smooth the primer touched up area for better final finishstep 6 - make sure its clean and completely dry again, then apply the Mazda touch up base coat on the area, go less and thin coat, may be need to do two or three coats based on the depth, allow to dry for 20 to 30 minutes after all coats, then sand again if the surface is not smooth as before.step 7 - clean the surface area completely and dry then apply the top coat/clear coat from mazda which is unique because its a tinted top coat which gives the highlight of this soul red color, apply in one streak with good quantity make sure not to over run as it might over flow and destroys the effort. alloy to dry for 20 to 30 minutes Step 8 - Smooth with the wet 2000 sand paper as before and then use the scratch remove polish and polish the area to perfect finish Step 9 - fix all the trims and clean using a clean microfiber cloth for good finish.
