I hereby this e-mail to report the lack of respect for Warface Brazilian players, game distributed by Level Up company.
For some time now, the Brazilian Warface isn't what it should to be, don't giving us the fun that it should offer, because of the hundred bugs existing in the game. That has been suffering a decline in quality and competence of the companies responsible for it administration.
The Brazilian game's distributor blames on you the terrible netcode that we have, a problem that's turning the game into something unplayable. Some people have constant lags even when they internet is available to have a good match game. Hit shot doesn't count on players with red ping, and people with full ping are killing other players through the wall, like an hacker, but they are clean! During the e-mail I'll quote anothers of the many bugs that the Brazilian game's distributor puts the blame on you too.

Players of "Warface team" are respawning at the base of the enemy team (blackwood) and vice versa. Some players who have won the match, on the loading screen appears on the losing team. Players from the same team have different colors of their clothes (color of enemy team). At the end of the marathon mission (available in survival session), sometimes the players can't receive the ultimate reward, because the final gate is bugged and can't be unlocked. Players of Warface team can open a vote kick to players of enemy team (blackwood, in case), and vice versa. Some match doesn't start and just keep searching game, both in COOP and PVP mode.

It can not be possible a company like yours admit an error like that with one of your main game distributed to Brazilian players. As we know, your company have servers to test and improve your games and we know that it's rare to see a bug on Russian servers. Meanwhile, the game available in Brazil is famous for its constant bugs and the lack of a stable connection, such thing that doesn't happen on famous FPS games.

There was a very uncomfortable fact that has occurred here in Brazilian Warface. Many honest players led ban unfairly and had their names stained on the punished list. The company that distributes the game in Brazil have had amateur mistakes, thus cause this disorder with us, users of Warface that spend a lot of money on it. By the way, this was a problem quickly corrected by the company which offered rewards to the wronged people.

We hope you reply us, because the situation here in Brazil is very shameful. We don't have the honor to say "I'm a professional player of Warface", because it has been a reason of debauchery. Players and famous youtubers that used to talk good thing about the game are stopping playing, and that's because of someone's error. We are tired and we don't want to know who's the guilty one. Whatever is yours or Level Up's, this cannot continue, because the Brazilian Warface is a laughingstock of bugs and lags and the money that we spend on it is more than enough to pay whatever you need to resolve those problems.
