The Simble Overdrive follows in the footsteps of one of the most sought after boutique tube amps in history. With a super wide dynamic range and enough headroom to handle a bass guitar, the Simble is well versed in organic clean boost, subtle amp style breakup and harmonically rich overdrive. The unique controls on the Simble offer changes in tonality that can’t be found in standard pedals, such as the Accent control which goes from a rounder, jazzy attack to a harder edged attack that can deliver crispness and clarity to dark amps or humbuckers. Since the Accent has an effect on the tone as well, the Simble’s Contour offers a gradual shift to fine tune the pedal’s many voices. Plus, you’ll find a huge range of distortion and compression with the Sensitivity control that starts completely transparent and ends with a tubey saturation that retains all your dynamics.
