Sonic.exe (also known as "X" or "exe" for short) is the titular main antagonist of the Sonic.EXE series. Sonic.EXE is an eldritch entity taking on the form of Sonic the Hedgehog that sends out a haunted game disc featuring the creature killing the main Sonic characters, eventually leading him to rip out the soul of his victim and making them his slave.


Sonic.EXE: The Disaster (originally titled "Sonic.EXE: The Disaster (EXPERIMENTAL MODE)" until version 0.7), shortened to The Disaster (abbreviated as TD), is an asymmetrical massively multiplayer online survival-horror fan-game created and developed by OutLaikRBLX with the gaming and game development platform Roblox. It is the remake of the previous game, Sonic.exe: The Disaster Remake and remains the current version of Sonic.EXE: The Disaster. It is the seventh (fourth in main game order) game in the Sonic.EXE: The Disaster game series. The game is based on the infamous creepypasta known as Sonic.exe, taking the creepypasta and transforming it into a survival game, where you alongside 5 other players are required to survive and flee the demon and attempt not to die.
