On October 22, 2022, police were dispatched a second time to a residence to deal with a dispute between a male and female in Eau Claire, WI. After consulting with each individual, the officers determined the female would be under arrest for damaging a window. She was uncooperative as officers attempted to take her into custody and began live-streaming the interaction.
