Rapid Maneuvers - NO PvP required! - How to level your alliance war skills. Easy alliance points

Everyone wants to go faster with Rapid Maneuver in ESO, but not everyone is into PvP. With the recent changes to the alliance war skill line, I have noticed alot of players in Cyrodiil, who simply aren't PvPers. For someone who devotes the majority of their time in PvE content, this makes advancing in the Alliance War skill line very difficult. In this video I'll show you a few different ways to rank up your Alliance War skills. Starting with the easiest, no combat method and working our way up in difficulty for the more risky or skilled players. With the Alliance War skill line you can also get vigor while you're working towards rapid maneuver with no PvP needed.
