1. National Road No. 31 Rehabilitation Project

2. National Road 23 Rehabilitation Project
The project to upgrade and maintain the section of National Road No. 23 from the base of Koh Thom Bridge to National Road No. 14, Peam Reang Commune, Leuk Dek District, Kandal Province, with a length of nearly 20 kilometers, has been completed about 57.50% after opening the construction site last June 20, 2023 ago.
According to Phorn Rim, spokesman for the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, as of July 2024, the project to repair National Road 23 worth $ 22 million under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) concessional loan has reached 57, 50%.
The project to upgrade and maintain the section of National Road No. 23 under the concessional loan of the Asian Development Bank with a length of 19,833 km, starting from Chroy Takeo commune through Leuk Dek commune, Koh Thom district to Peam Reang commune, Leuk Dek district of Kandal province.
