Today on Booze On The Rocks, today we show you How To Make Traditional GROG aka British Navy Grog. So What is Grog? This is a traditional drink made by sailors of the British Navy, made from Rum and water. This is a simple and easy to make cocktail. Try it, tell me what you think. **** I made an error when I was describing the Alcohol content. Apparently I was struggling with my Math. British Navy Rum was 96 proof = 48% ABV (Alcohol by volume)

GROG

INGREDIENTS

10 g = 2 Sugar Cubes (raw)
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
4 oz/120 ml Water
1.5 oz/45 ml Dark Rum

METHOD

1. Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake 10-15 seconds No Ice
3. Strain Into rocks glass
5. Garnish with Lime Slice or Wedge
