1 small onion, sliced

½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp crushed ginger
6 garlic cloves
½ tsp turmeric powder
15 sichuan peppers / Tepal / Teplam
2 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
