This mom passed away in the tub. All family is out of the state, so the Spaulding Decon Plano location cleaned this relaxing night gone bad on Wednesday. She wasn't found for 5 days which means the tub sat for a week before we could clean it, Her skin was glued to the side of the tub even after the rest of her was removed.
