Meet Award Winner: Ryan Easton, Owner of Ryan’s Recycling Services Inc.

Ryan's Recycling Services Inc. has grown from a backyard project into a thriving business that’s helping customers reduce waste and recycle smarter!

Based in Donovan’s Industrial Park, Ryan’s Recycling Services buys scrap metals like copper, brass, and aluminum, offers free drop-off for steel items and appliances, electronics recycling, and provides dumpster rentals and junk pick-ups for both residential and commercial customers.

Ryan’s journey began in 2021 with a small workshop in his basement and a big dream to make recycling easier and more accessible for everyone. Today, his operation has expanded to over 2800 square feet of warehouse and yard space, complete with partnerships across the Avalon Peninsula.

Driven by a mission to divert as much waste from landfills as possible, Ryan continues to find new ways to recycle more materials every year. His goal is to build the province’s leading recycling hub, creating local jobs, conserving resources, and keeping Newfoundland and Labrador cleaner and greener.
