Ep2 Tweed 5F1 Champ Build

Welcome to The Next Project, Episode 2 of a Tweed Champ Replica Build.

Today we’ll continue with some woodworking, including cutting the control access area in the top panel, cutting cabinet front angle, cutting and gluing in the speaker baffle cleats in the front of the cabinet, cutting the speaker baffle and poking a hole in it. Then easing all the exterior edges with a 1/2” roundover bit - smoooooth! Finally a good overall sanding to get the cabinet ready for a tweed wrap.

sanding: 7:41 (fine dust for the lungs)
