CBI Case: Government can’t investigate matter, order as per CVC recommendation, says Arun Jaitley

CBI Director Case: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday said that it is absolutely necessary that a fair investigation is conducted in the matter relating to the infighting within the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Making it clear that the government can’t investigate the matter, the finance minister said that the CBI’s integrity is of foremost priority and that the government will not interfere in the matter.
