भारत की सबसे बड़ी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनी, Adani Group ने एक नया इतिहास रचते हुए ₹90,572 करोड़ का EBITDA पार कर लिया है — जो पिछले साल की तुलना में 10% की जबरदस्त वृद्धि है। इस उपलब्धि का बड़ा श्रेय इसके मुख्य इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर सेगमेंट्स – यूटिलिटी और ट्रांसपोर्ट को जाता है, जिनका कुल EBITDA में 87% योगदान रहा। साथ ही, एयरपोर्ट्स, सोलर और विंड एनर्जी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग तथा रोड प्रोजेक्ट्स जैसे इनक्यूबेटिंग एसेट्स ने पहली बार ₹10,000 करोड़ से ज्यादा का EBITDA दर्ज किया है। ग्रुप की वित्तीय स्थिति भी उतनी ही मजबूत है – Net Debt to EBITDA ratio सिर्फ 2.6x है और कंपनी के पास ₹53,843 करोड़ की liquidity है, जिससे अगले 21 महीनों तक कर्ज भुगतान पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है। Adani Green की क्षमता 45% बढ़कर 15,816 MW हो गई है। कुल मिलाकर, ग्रुप का एसेट बेस अब ₹6.1 लाख करोड़ हो चुका है, जो इसे एक वैश्विक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर दिग्गज बनाता है।

Adani Group, India’s largest infrastructure conglomerate, has achieved a major milestone by surpassing ₹90,572 crore in EBITDA — a remarkable 10% growth over the previous year. This exceptional performance is driven primarily by its core infrastructure businesses, with utility and transport segments contributing 87% to the total. Moreover, incubating assets such as airports, solar and wind energy manufacturing, and road projects have, for the first time, crossed ₹10,000 crore in EBITDA. The Group’s financial strength is equally impressive, with a net debt to EBITDA ratio of just 2.6x and ₹53,843 crore in liquidity, ensuring comfortable debt servicing for the next 21 months. Adani Green Energy’s installed capacity has also jumped 45%, reaching 15,816 MW. Overall, Adani’s total asset base has soared to ₹6.1 lakh crore, reflecting a ₹1.26 lakh crore increase in just one year. Clearly, Adani Group is no longer just a national leader, but a global infrastructure powerhouse.
