Lahaul and Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), Feb 18 (ANI): A snow festival was organised in Himachal Pradesh’s Lahaul and Spiti district. The event was held at Hull Village on February 17. Locals celebrated the festival with joy and happiness. They performed traditional dance on the tunes of Himachali folk music. (SA)
