External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar at a discussion at The Lowy Institute in Sydney spoke about Russia-Ukraine war, bilateral relationship with Australia, India-US ties and more. He said, 'We had two-and-a-half difficult years with China, that included the first bloodshed at the border in 40 years. My endeavour has always been to keep the communication line open.'
