Special Forces Gangplank Skin - Animations and Emotes!

In League of Legends PBE Summoners are now able to test some new skins. This Gangplank skin is really mystique. There are a few new particles such as the Parley and cannon barrage. There are a few new animations such as his recall animation. Special forces gangplank seems to take away from his pirateness and I'm sure people will miss shooting his old gun, but the world is changing, and us as a community are changing. We change for the better. We change for the worse. It isn't Riot's fault for making all of the new champions 6300ip... its ours, because we keep buying these skins since they look so good! There are a few bugs, but this isn't the final draft. I hope you enjoy the skin spotlight and good day!
