European research investigating the benefits to organisations of driving an end-to-end business integration strategy has found that over a third of companies are struggling to achieve efficiencies due to the use o f multiple tools to address internal and external business integration needs.

Over half of the retail companies surveyed use more than one tool for internal and external (B2B) integration, with 40% of these companies stating that the main limitation of current integration capabilities was the dependency on multiple integration tools
