How to rebuild a cam chain tensioner for a Honda VFR800 VTEC. These go out usually around 30,000 miles and you get that rattling noise from the cam chain tensioner losing it's spring strength. This video will walk you through how to readjust the spring on the tensioner and not have to buy a new one. It's really easy. I'm not a professional mechanic just a guy who tinkers at home and searches Goggle for fixes when problems come up.
