“The Shape of Stillness” is a slow and calming painting video that I made for anyone who wants to slow down for a moment.
This is a very quiet, gentle process with a lot of close ups, soft brushstrokes, warm light and all the small things that usually stay behind the scenes.

I talk a little about the fear of beginning, the blank canvas, procrastination and how a simple walk through an autumn day can clear your mind and help you return to your creativity.
