Association of Vapers India (AVI) was officially formed in 2016 when a bunch of vapers came together to fight against the vape bans spreading across the country. AVI is a non profit consumer advocacy group officially known as CHRA (Council of Harm Reduction Alternatives) that seeks to make tobacco harm reduction (THR) accessible to 275 million tobacco users in India. We are basically many people volunteering their time and efforts to achieve the common goal of ending smoking and protecting the rights of vapers.
