Inside the Japanese Pokemon set "Terastal Festival" and the newest English Pokemon "Prismatic Evolutions" there is a chance to pull a new rarity of reverse card that is textured and has a embossed Pokeball on it, but even rarer then that you can pull the same kind of card with a Master Ball! Some of the rarest cards in the set are these Master Ball reverse cards... and I managed to pull one in my second box of Terastal Festival!
