BMW E83 X3 Water Pump & Thermostat Replacement DIY (BMW N52 128i, 325i, 328i, 330i, 528i, X3, X5)

►BMW's N52 engine was a staple in its lineup during the early 2010s. Just like the rest of their engines, the N52 water pump and thermostat are common malfunction points that are critical to the engine's health. The N52 water pump and thermostat are both electronically controlled and can fail electrically, as well as mechanically. In any case, they should be replaced together as they share a service interval.
