This premium in-house designed engine aspiration product that not only frees up intake restrictions before the turbo (+13% CFM gain over stock), but unleashes intoxicating turbo and induction sounds along with blending automotive engineering into an artistic canvas of underhood beauty. Our system is constructed of premium materials and utilizes the most advanced development methods available to date. Our system is engineered to fit exactly like OEM with simple hand tools and includes all new installation hardware.

Designed and engineered in-house using state of the art 3D laser scanning and CAD technology for precision fitment

INLET SCOOP - Directs the flow of cool, ambient air to the air filter. Utilizes BOTH factory air inlets (OEM uses only one inlet) and seals off against engine bay heat with EPDM foam rubber edge trim. Made from ABS vacuum formed plastic.

HEAT SHIELD ASSEMBLY - Precisely engineered to house the air filter and to stave off engine bay heat with EPDM foam rubber edge trim. Neoprene rubber edge trim insulates the intake tube through-hole. Mounts to OEM airbox mounting posts with new rubber insulating grommets. Cutout feature allows for clean routing of expansion tank coolant return hose. Made from ABS vacuum formed plastic.

Use of ABS vacuum formed materials chosen to ensure repeatable manufacturing, precision fitment and OE-like finish.

Carefully selected textured matte black finish with OEM-like stippling chosen to match other OEM underhood plastics.

AIR FILTER - 3.0" conical, cotton gauze, clean-able filter element. Features smooth bell mouth inlet and a conical shape that maximizes filtration surface area. An 8-ply cotton gauze construction provides the best balance between airflow and filtration efficiency.
INTAKE TUBE - Mandrel bent 3.0" 6063 aluminum tubing provides smooth, direct airflow into the turbo inlet hose. Mounts to the airbox using a "floating" tube mount with an oil-embedded sleeve bearing and stainless steel pilot bolt. A barbed nipple is TIG welded to the tube to provide a filtered, clean air source for the PCV system. Finished in a durable wrinkle black powdercoat.
TURBO INLET HOSE - Made from 5-ply fiberglass reinforced silicone to prevent collapsing under high boost conditions. Features a smooth transition from the intake tube to the turbo inlet elbow for the least-amount of turbulent airflow. Designed to handle high engine bay temperatures and is resistant to oil / chemical degradation for long term durability. Includes stainless steel, smooth band "German Style" hose clamps.
SECONDARY AIR INJECTION - Our system is fully compatible with the OEM SAI emissions system. The included cotton gauze SAI breather filter provides a fresh air source to the SAI pump, using our custom CNC-machined 6061 aluminum SAI adapter to the OEM SAI hose. Our adapter slides discreetly through a lower access hole inside the heat shield where it clips into the factory air injection hose.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Flow bench tested on our in-house Superflow SF-750 Flowbench we observed a + 38.0 CFM / +13% gain over the stock intake system
