The 2013 Brehm Preparatory School Commencement Ceremony was held on Friday, May 31.

Prior to the ceremony, seniors gathered in East Academic to dress into their graduation robes and get their photos taken by Lifetouch.

The commencement ceremony began at 5 p.m. in the Student Activities Center gymnasium. Anita Hutton performed the processional. Rev. Stacy Tate gave the invocation, followed by Dr. Richard Collins welcoming guests and graduates.

Brehm Parents Association President Stacey Weiss spoke about the Class of 2013 Gift -- a dock for the Brehm Pond.

The senior class address was given by Elizabeth F., Chana G., Marina S., and Lindsey W.

Brehm alumn Jamie Foster Algee gave the commencement address.

Char Reed and Gregory Douglas spoke about Brehm's rich, 30-year history.

Dr. Collins, along with Charleen Walsh and Colleen Walsh-Lang, presented the Carey Marie Walsh Memorial Scholarship to Scotty H. and Alex J.

Dr. Collins presented Kyle E. with the BPA Inspiration Award and Bradley H. with the Citizenship Award.

Armen B. was awarded with the Presidential Award for Excellence for having the highest overall GPA.

A reception was held in the Dining Hall immediately following the Commencement Ceremony.
