Beautiful Places to Visit in the UK 🇬🇧 | Devon - Stourhead, Castle Drogo, Stonehenge.

TravelDog Mrs D and Jeffrey the Pug head off for two nights in Devon, in the UK. This is a beautiful part of the United Kingdom that is a great holiday destination. We drive down the A303 making a quick stop at historic Stonehenge before heading on to Chagford in Devon. We stay at the Travelodge, Okehampton, Whiddon Down and head out for supper at the nearby pub The Post Inn. We have spicy squid, fish and chips and chicken chasseur. The next day we head to Castle Drogo and walk on The Hunter's Path to Fingle Bridge and then the Fisherman's path back to the castle. After a quick curry lunch at the National Trust cafe we head back to the Post Inn for supper. The next day we head to the majestic house and gardens at Stourhead and eat at the restaurant there. So enjoy this visit to one of the best places to stay in the UK!
