Steps:
Cosmic Power
Draining Kiss (to build up tera charge and regain HP)
Terastallize
When stat resets, Cosmic Power once for additional Defense boost
Calm Mind x6
Draining Kiss whenever needed for HP recovery
Attack Cheer for additional damage boost
Moonblast to finish it off


Note:
Cosmic Power for the additional Defense boost to sustain physical attacks and/or when stat resets.
Draining Kiss whenever needed or Heal Cheer.

Overall, NPC dependent and will require Intimidator (specially Arcanine) and any Heal in the team. Hard to work if only one of those.
